Refund policy

No refunds

Question packs are digital and are added to your account straight away. For this reason all purchases are final and non-refundable, including questions you have not used yet. Bought questions never expire, so you can use them at any time.

Try before you pay

Every new account gets 3 free questions, so you can judge the readings before buying anything. Astrology gives guidance, not guarantees, so a reading that is different from what you hoped for is not a payment problem.

If a payment goes wrong

If you paid but the questions were not added, or you were charged twice by mistake, email support@skastrology.com from the email you sign in with, with the date of payment. We will add the missing questions to your account within 2 working days.

Where a refund is required by law or by the rules of our payment partner, it will be handled as required.
