Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your name and email from Google sign-in.
• Birth details: date, time and place of birth, and any family members you add.
• Your questions and readings, and any background you choose to share, such as your work or situation.
• Purchases: which pack you bought, when, and the amount. Card details are handled only by our payment partner; we never see them.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used only to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

• To calculate your chart and write your readings.
• To keep your account, your free and bought questions, and your saved readings.
• To improve the quality of readings: your questions and readings may be reviewed privately by Sanket Kumar Kaushik.
• To process payments, refunds and support requests.

We never sell your data and never show it to other users. We do not use advertising trackers.

Who helps us

We use trusted service providers only to run the service: website hosting, Google for sign-in and for our private consultation records, a payment partner for checkout, and a provider that generates the readings. They may process your data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep your data while your account is in use. You can delete your birth details and readings at any time under My account → Delete my data, or by emailing us. We keep a record of purchases, and your remaining bought questions, as required for accounting and so your questions are not lost.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to support@skastrology.com. The website stores a few settings in your browser, such as language and theme, so it remembers your choices.

The service is not meant for anyone under 18.
